Excellent Stay in a Central Location

The hotel is a short walk from the arena and juliet's balcony. its location is really central. the staff assisted with luggage and offered welcome drinks (i got mine before 5pm!). i found the decor beautiful. It had so much character and was kept clean.

the mattress felt a bit hard. i also noticed there were no wash cloths provided in the bathroom. i think this might be common in italy, but it would be nice to have them for non-european guests.

This hotel had a superb location for exploring the city. I find the complimentary drinks in the lounge everyday a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and they arrange a taxi for me very quickly.

The breakfast buffet didn't have covers on the cooked meats, so it was exposed to the air.
